About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agent (Negotiator) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, with strong sales skills, negotiation ability, and client relationship management experience. You will play a key role in driving property sales from initial assessment through to registration ensuring that every client receives a professional, transparent, and well-managed experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with buyers and sellers to understand their goals, motivations, and timelines.
- Conduct property assessments and showings, including travel to appointments within company timeframes.
- Prepare and present Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports to guide sellers on accurate and competitive pricing.
- List and manage properties across Property24, Private Property, and other digital platforms to maximise exposure.
- Monitor listing performance, implement price adjustments or counselling as needed, and drive negotiations through to sale and registration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and feedback in the company CRM for transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with attorneys, valuators, bond originators, and conveyancers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Uphold company standards in marketing quality, communication, and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or (real estate sales not mandatory).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and follow-up discipline.
- Confident using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and listing platforms.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (essential).
- Has held a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) or currently holds one.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with company processes, reporting structures, and turnaround times.
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: R(TBA) per month
- Commission: Performance-based commission structure on sales and registrations

- Incentives for exceeding monthly sales targets
- Travel Allowance: R(TBA) per kilometre travelled for property assessments and showings
