Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement:
- Initiate contact with first-time inquiries and respond promptly to incoming leads.
- Clearly explain the process to potential clients.
- Sales and Client Consultation:
- Identify promising property deals and proactively respond to opportunities.
- Provide consultation to clients looking to sell their property.
- Qualify clients per business standards and schedule appointments with our property valuation and acquisition teams.
- Follow up on appointments, ensuring successful client engagement for property sales with or through the company.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars for the property valuations and acquisition teams.
- Conduct market analysis to assess property values and present suitable offers to clients.
- Draft “Offer to Purchase” contracts and arrange appointments for property viewings and valuations.
- Communication:
- Prepare and send professional correspondence to clients.
- Handle inbound calls with excellent customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven sales skills, particularly in promoting products and concepts.
- Multilingual ability to serve a diverse client base effectively.
