Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with first-time inquiries and respond promptly to incoming leads.
    • Clearly explain the process to potential clients.
  2. Sales and Client Consultation:
    • Identify promising property deals and proactively respond to opportunities.
    • Provide consultation to clients looking to sell their property.
    • Qualify clients per business standards and schedule appointments with our property valuation and acquisition teams.
    • Follow up on appointments, ensuring successful client engagement for property sales with or through the company.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • Manage calendars for the property valuations and acquisition teams.
    • Conduct market analysis to assess property values and present suitable offers to clients.
    • Draft “Offer to Purchase” contracts and arrange appointments for property viewings and valuations.
  1. Communication:
    • Prepare and send professional correspondence to clients.
    • Handle inbound calls with excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proven sales skills, particularly in promoting products and concepts.
  • Multilingual ability to serve a diverse client base effectively.
  • Coachable
