1. Job Purpose

The Property Acquisitions Manager is responsible for engaging directly with property owners either in person or remotely (phone/video)to assess their property, understand their requirements, and present suitable sales or acquisition solutions.

The role requires accurately advising clients on achievable pricing, timelines, and the most appropriate service offering, ultimately securing written consent for the client to proceed with one of the company’s approved property sale solutions.

4. Key Duties & Responsibilities

The Property Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Conducting comparative market analysis (CMAs) and pricing research
  • Performing property valuation assessments using market data and sold prices
  • Analysing recent comparable sales to support pricing recommendations
  • Presenting and pitching company products and solutions, face-to-face or remotely
  • Achieving and exceeding agreed performance and acquisition targets
  • Ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements, industry codes, and internal standards
  • Adhering strictly to company operational processes and best practices
  •  
  • Managing, escalating, and resolving client concerns or complaints efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and CRM updates
  • Applying structured sales techniques to qualify, convert, and close clients
  • Advising clients objectively on the most suitable product or solution for their situation
  • Conducting negotiations and managing deal consolidation where required
  • Communicating respectfully and professionally across all internal departments
  • Preparing reports, updates, and performance information as requested by management

Outcome Expectation

The PAM is accountable for quality acquisitions, accurate pricing, client trust, and conversion performance, while upholding the company’s reputation, compliance standards, and operational discipline.
